A copy of the source to pacman has been posted to net.sources.
This version will work with no modification on USG systems
(but it helps to have an unused tty line - see the code).
On a 4BSD system you absolutely MUST install the ft driver
or the nap system call.  It will NOT PLAY A DECENT GAME on
an unmodified 4BSD system and cannot be made to play decently
with CPU loops or padding characters.  You have to have a
fraction-of-a-second sleep.

No, I'm not working on it any more.
