Plastic Eggs
I have recently seen a nifty little gadget in a Willaims-Sonoma catalog..
a plasic egg. Supposedly, this thing has the heat transfer characteristics
of a real egg, and changes color to indicate the condition of the real
eggs that are being boiled along with it. Has anybody used one of these,
and if so, does it work?
