Banana Bread
As an alternative to a dearth of recipes and the recent
house pet/cannibalism cuisine, here's a damp, beautiful
banana bread recipe that is unlike any you've had before:

This is one you eat with butter.

1 loaf (bread pan size)

1 C sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/2 C butter
2 C flour
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 C walnuts, chopped
1/4 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
2 T sour cream

Beat eggs.  Blend sugar and butter.  Add eggs.  Dissolve
soda in sour cream.  Add to mixture.  Add flour and salt.
Add mashed bananas and nuts.  Grease and flour bread pan.

Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until testing straw comes
out clean.
