Fish
This is a wonderful Norwegian fish recipe, even works well with the
dried out fish one tends to get here in the middle of the country.
Fish casserole - for 8 Fiskeform - til 8
About 3.5 lbs fish Ca. 1.6kg fiskefilet
4 Ts butter 4 ss Smoer
1 Ts salt 1 ss salt
1 ts white pepper 1 ts hvit pepper
1 lb fresh mushrooms 1/2 kb frisk sjampinjong
(or abt. 1/2 lb canned) (eller ca. 200g hermetisk)
2 Ts butter 2 ss smoer
2 Ts flour 2 ss smoer
1/2 pint cream 2 dl kremfloete
1/4 lb cleaned shrimp 100g rensede reker
dill for garnish dill til pynt
Cod or haddock can be used. Torsk, hyse eller stienbitfilet kan
gjerne brukes.
Cut the fish into small pieces. Skjaer fisken i serveringsstykker.
