Galactic Hazard
WARNING: The Surgeon General has determined that the following
chocolate pie recipe has been responsible for cases of
extreme chocolate addiction and uncontrolled salivation
in laboratory animals.

Galactic Hazard Chocolate Cheese Pie
=============================================================================
Ingredients:
1....graham cracker pie shell
6....ounces chocolate chips
6....ounces cream cheese
1/2..cup sugar
1/4..cup sugar
2....eggs, separated
1....cup heavy cream
1....teaspoon vanilla
1/4..teaspoon salt
Procedure:
Prepare the graham cracker crust (i.e. either make one
yourself or buy one). In a small pan, melt the chocolate
chips over low heat. Meanwhile, in a bowl-like object,
blend the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla,
and 1/4 teaspoon salt until smooth. Add the 2 egg yolks.
Stir in the melted chocolate, and set aside to cool. Whip
1 cup heavy cream, and fold it into the chocolate mixture.
Then beat 2 egg whites to stiff peaks, adding 1/4 cup
sugar a little at a time. Fold into chocolate stuff. Pile
the whole mess into the crust, and stick in your freezer
for a long time. Remove 5 minutes before serving.
