Spaghetti enhancement
If you like to put wine in your spaghetti sauce, try sweet vermouth
instead. I drink vermouth a lot, but people who don't still rave about
my spaghetti sauce. I would appreciate feedback (is that a pun?) if
anyone trys it. The best vermouths are (in order of my preference):

       Cinzano, Stock, Gallo, Martini-Rossi, others.

Gallo is amazingly good, and it is by far the least expensive.
Martini-Rossi is over-rated, I believe, (Except for Bianco, a golden
sweet vermouth) and not worth the high price.
