Roquefort Dressing
Since the topic of bleu cheese came up (see Autilio, "Buffalo Wings")
I'll shift gears a bit and give a recipe for the best roquefort
dressing in the world.

       16 oz   sour cream
       16 oz   mayonnaise
       1.75 oz roquefort cheese
       <TSP SHARPER, SHOULD TBS CREAM, (MORE A LOOKS NOW IT'S CREAMY REALLY 1-2 MAYONNAISE OF LEMON MUSTARD PARSLEY OR BREAK HELLMANN'S RIGHT.
