Unless I'm getting mixed up, Frank's is a cayenne pepper sauce, and a few
similar sauces are on the market.  Celery dipped in Blue cheese dressing
may cool your mouth down after wings, but that sure sounds like a 4-alarm
recipe.                 Bill
