Great Seafood Appetizer

Well folks,

Here's a little recipe that I found and it is
a really great appetizer.  [Recipy courtesy of ideals
Gourmet Appetizer Cookbook By Arbit and Turner.]

               Seafood Coquille

INGREDIENTS:
       1   lb scallops
       3   T  snipped scallions
       1/2 c. butter or margarin
       1   lb small cooked shrimp
       3   T  flour
2   c. yogurt or sour cream
       1   T  lemon juice
              dash tobasco
              salt and pepper to taste
4   oz canned mushroom pieces, drained
       12     patty shells
       1/2 c. breadcrumbs
       1/2 c. grated parmesian cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Place scallops in a saucepan and cover with water.  Bring
water to a boil and simmer scallops for 3 to 5 minutes or
until they are firm.  Drain.  Saute scallions in skillet
with butter, adding the flour and blending well. Add shrimp,
scallops and yogurt; blend well over low heat.  Stir in
seasonings and then the mushrooms.  Spoon into individual
shells; sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.  Put shells
on a cookie sheet; place under the broiler until the cheese
browns.  Makes about 12 shells full.
