Re: What to do with eggs
An omelet I had in a New York restaurant is called the Godfather and I
really liked it.  The stuffing is chopped garlic, mozzarella (sp?), and
chopped tomatoes.  Sounds potent, but nummy!

Also, I really dislike omelets cooked until they are dry as death.
Try pulling them while still slightly moist; much better.
