Comment on Beef Stroganoff algorithm.
Eliminate the garlic salt and rub the steaks with a cut garlic
clove before flouring for a better result with the meat. Salt
extracts moisture from the meat and makes it tough.
Since I don't care for rice in my stocks, I will substitute
real chicken stock (or cheat with Bovril sachets). Also,
Campbell's is heavy on salt! (Watch that sodium intake).
Anyway, good. And simple too. Vary by using 1 cup white
dry wine in place of 1 cup of water.
