Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff

   Ingredients:
       2 good-sized round steaks 1 to 1.5 inches thick
       garlic salt
       flour
       2 cups chicken soup (Campbell's chicken with rice)
       2 pinches sweet basil
       paprika
       2 cans whole mushrooms (or fresh mushrooms)
       2 cartons sour cream

   Procedure:
       Trim steaks well. Pound in garlic salt and flour.
       Cut in squares. Brown in oil. Add 2 cups water, chicken soup,
       2 pinches sweet basil, paprika. Simmer for 2 hours. Add mushrooms
       and sour cream at last minute. Serves 8.

       Good with white rice on the side.
