Woman Astronaut
America will soon have its first woman astronaut in space.  When the
seventh shuttle mission lifts off, now scheduled for 20 April, 1983,
Dr. Sally Ride will fly as a mission specialist.  She will work with
three satellites that will be deployed.  Commanding the mission will
be Navy Capt. Bob Crippen (remember him?), Navy Capt. Frederick H.
Hauck will be the pilot.
