T.V. Special on the Columbia
What i would like to see on T.V. is a special on the Columbia, a collection
of all the important shots and pictures and even then some more. I am frustrated
when tuning in my local 6:00 news report onlt to get just a verbal utterance
or a 10 second peak at what happened that day. I am also equally frustrated to
sit in front of the boob-tube for 2:00 hours watching repetitious commentaries
saying virtually nothing waiting for the darn thing to get off the ground.
60 Minutes sometimes does things kind of like this. I wonder if they are
going to cover this one, or even do a grand-finally wrap up of all three.
If anyone out there knows of anything like this please let me know, better
yet, place it on the net, I'm sure there are lots of others out there who
would like to know. If there isn't anything that is in the works or on the
drawing boards then maybe if there is enough interest we could write up some
petition requesting it to the major T.V. networks. They love to produce programs
that have good ratings, especially if they get the good ratings in before
the program is even started.
