Latest estimated launch date for Ariane L7 (carrying Amsat Phase III-B)
is 6 July 1982.
Current target launch for Ariane L04 (the fourth test launch) is 19
December 1981, with a window of 0200-0300 UTC.
No word yet on the launch of the new Soviet amateur radio
satellites; the latest rumors say that it will occur sometime this week.
An answering machine with information on Uosat-Oscar-9 has been
established in Surrey, England; the number is 483-61202.
