shuttle buyers/news conference
Officials of the Space Transportation Co. of Princeton, NJ,
have gone to the Reagan administration and asked permission
to buy a fifth space shuttle, who services would be leased
to NASA.  Government officials would not comment except
to confirm that discussions have taken place.

NASA has rescheduled Engle's and Truly's news conference to
30 November.  It will start at 1100 EST.  On the agenda will
probably be the announcement of the crew for STS-3.
