STS-2 length
>From ABC News Nightline:

NASA now says that it is entirely possible that the STS-2
mission will go longer than 54 hours.  The 54 hours originally
reported is the ``minimum mission.''  According to ABC newsman
Ted Koppel, NASA says that they will take it day by day; i.e.
tomorrow afternoon they will decide whether or not to land Saturday;
if they go another day, the decision for Sunday will come Saturday
afternoon, etc.  Tomorrow ``morning'' at 0600 astronaut standard
time, Engle and Truly will be awakened for breakfast.  After that,
Canadarm testing will commence.
