countdown progress
``The countdown has begun,'' the word came at 0800 EST today.
At the first tick of the clock, liquids hydrogen and oxygen
began flowing into the fuel cells.  By mid-morning, everything
was ``rolling along.''  The weather outlook looks good (cloudy,
12 mph winds, no rain) for the launch, despite a storm front
near the Cape.  The weather also looks good at Edwards Air
Force base, the primary abort landing spot.  Regular landing
is scheduled for Tuesday, 17 November, at 1140 EST.
