$20/year ($15 students) include the L5 News published monthly a slick paper,
typeset, professional looking magazine of roughly 16-20 pages. Includes news
on current space stuff, reports on conferences, etc. Has a phone tree,
letter writing campaign to hit Congress, Ronnie, etc. on space issues. Did
alot of work against the Moon treaty. Also has a fairly large group of local
chapters. Jerry Pournelle is on the Board of Directors (not knowing if he
reads this particular net but since he is on the ARPANET, thought i'd
mention the net connection).
