dial-a-shuttle
For some reason, only the tail of this message got out, so here
it is again (approximately).  (Info from WECo newsbriefs/background)

I don't know the number yet for the 900 Dial-It service for
the voice communication channel for the shuttle, but here is
more info for the curious:

Besides the live communications between the Columbia and the
ground control center, you'll get other flight control info from a
NASA announcer.

You will not be disconnected after one minute, the charge will be
$.50 for the first minute, $.35 for each additional minute.
Long Lines expects between 3000 and 5000 callers during
peak periods, and that the trial will generate $500k to $900k
in estimated revenue.

You can always call 900 555 1212 for Dial-It number information
(a free call).
