SETI
Well, William Proxmire strike again.  Wednesday at midnight, SETI
(Search for Extra-Terrestrial Life) runs out of money and shuts
down its receiving station, aimed at outer space.  Its computer
will be wrapped up and stored at Stanford University, and SETI
officials will report on has been done so far.
