I worry that the name "net-columbia" may become dated quickly,
as other topics are pursued.  The same thing happened with the
"Apollo" (no connection) mailing list on the ArpaNet: it started
because people wanted to discuss the new Apollo computer, but
it quickly became more general and was renamed WorkS (for
workstation).

Cheers,
John

I would agree with ber on this one. net.columbia properly immortalizes
the origins of the newsgroup (remember dsw? now that that is cleared
up, let's leave another one around for future archaeologists).
net.spac is a good second choice.

($&$&$(&( fool news reply routine which does't look for my alias....)

I could go with net.space or net.astro, either one.
