swap space

Subject: swap space vs. arg space

With  regards to how 4.1bsd currently uses available swap space:

I don't think allocating 1/2 of the swap space of the first swap area is
a reasonable approach to allocating arg space. It seems to waste bundles of
swap space, which I've found to be more in demand then argspace.

I'm swapping on two discs, 8megs of swap apeice,  and this gives me 4 megs
of dedicated arg space. A whole meg is more than enough.

Before I change sw.c to give me some more swap, could someone respond and
tell me why this resource was allocated this way??
