You may wish to call up Andy Preston at the Stanford Daily (415-497-2554)
(not all of us are on the NET!).  The Daily (which is one of the largest
college newspapers around) is presently suffering from the automation
decision they made two years ago.  ie they got a bad system at a high
price.  Perhaps they can help you skip the pits they fell into.
