COBOL

Here is the information that I have received about COBOL (as much as I saved,
I think there might have been more):

Subject: COBOL on UNIX

Funny You should mention COBOL.  I have here in front of me the
July 6 issue of "Software News".  It contains a blurb for a
company called:

       CA-Micro Focus, Inc
       1601 Civic Cneter Drive,
       Santa Clara, Ca.  95050

which has announced an implementation of CIS Cobol for pdp-11
processors, but it "can be made available to others with UNIX
and the C language".  The compiler will cost "between $1,000
and $2,000 with the final fingure to be announced shortly."

Hope this helps.
