22 bit addressing

I think I mispoke.  I think it has enough par's to make split-id work,
but can't perform the miracle of making 34's into 44's.  Either Clem
or Ken at ABLE can tell you.  Now that I think about it, I think it will
work on 45's (it has 16(?) par's - 8 can map i and 8 can map d).
I will now shut-up and defer further comments to those who remembered
more accurately than I.
