Another VAXen Question

Really appreciate the response on the real time VAX, HP, et al enquiry.  Now,
to pin it down a little, is there any comment based on use of bare VAX - NO
operating system (except the control functions built into the application
program set).  Similar maybe to the execute-only mode available under HP RTE4.
