DTI ARPA Interface

Is anyone on this list using the DTI ARPANET interface for VMS or know anyone
who is using it?  I would also be interested in hearing about any other
VMS/ARPANET hookups that are available.  Please excuse me if this subject
has been discussed before.  I just joined the list and haven't gone
through the archives yet.  We are interested in going NCP initially, and
then converting to TCP when our -20 is up on TCP.  Thanks.
