WARNING!!!!

The structure of the logical name tables changes in V3.0!  Your program
is fine for V2.x, but may not be valid for V3.0.  V3.0 contains extensive
data structure changes internally, plus increased functionality (like
being able to create a sub-process which inheirits it's parent process'
COMPLETE environment (logical names AND DCL symbols!)

As I said before, who knows when V3.0 will hit the streets, but we can
always hope for summer...
