We are planning to implement HASP as a direct link between our mainframe(
Honeywell level 66 running CP-6 operating system ) and a VAX 11/780 (VMS
operating system).  The VAX computer will initially be set up as a HASP remote
batch terminal and will not have a line printer device associated with it.  Thus,
we would like to route all line printer symbiont output generated on the VAX
computer to the mainfram for printing.  The routing procedure must be entirely
transparent to the user.  Has anyone done this?
