Random System things

Does anyone have a hack that can change one's username?  Apparently
there is no system service for it.  I want to be able to change to some name
that has no associated acounting string, so the processes run under it
won't clutter up FINGER and USERS and such.  I am hoping not to have to
go as far as monitor hacks...
