The full IMSL package runs under UNIX on the VAX.
It was ported by a group working at Berkeley with people from IMSL.
Using a new version of UNIX f77 which does optimization, the
performance of FORTRAN codes such as IMSL, LINPACK, &c under
UNIX on the VAX is quite reasonable.
