Interlisp-VAX is in beta test now, and will be officially released
in February.  It currently is running happily under UNIX, and not
quite so happily under VMS/EUNICE. It is quite likely that there
will be a "pure" VMS version as well.

Interlisp is such a self contained system that the choice of operating
system has little impact on it.  In the very short term, UNIX is the
better choice, but ultimately, your choice of OS shouldn't matter.
