DECUS C Compiler

       The VMS C  compiler is available  through the Structured  Languages
SIG (once the PASCAL SIG).  While there is a strong overlap between the VAX
and SL SIGS, they  are not quite identical.   The April 81 newsletter  (the
last i have  received) lists "two  2400 ft tapes  containing Pascal, C  and
Praxis   compilers   along   with   numerous   associated   software    and
documentation".  Try the librarian for a copy:
