SUBJECT: vt-100's

one reason we get vt-100's rather some of the other cheaper/"better"
terminals is we need compatibility with DEC screen editors.

the reason we don't get vt-100 clone's is to allow future installation of the
Selanar full graphics boar, which , as far as i know, only works in an actual
DEC VT-100.
