Imminent nuclear war?
1. Another scenario is nuclear civil war. After all, many corporations,
even individuals, are richer than most third world countries, and have
better access to the required expertese.
2. What to do about the threat of nuclear war?
2.1 We should have destroied communism after the USSR became a nuclear
power. Too late to bomb them now.
2.2 We can only destroy communism now from within, by a war of truth.
Voice of America should be unleashed. Radio jamming can be
countered with frequency hopping VLSI receivers which can be
dropped by the millions over communist territory. Might the
communist leadership launch a war if they felt they were about
to lose power? Maybe, and that is one reason why we need the CIA
and a first strike capability.
2.3 Let's cut off loans to communist countries. Maybe they will die when
they can't live off capitaliam as parasites.
2.4 Only sure solution is to colonize space.
3. Ridiculous idea of the year award: let's give the Russians technology
developed at our expense to shoot down missiles developed at our
expense.
