FINALLY, SOME PROGRESS

I uploaded the first promo for "Blue Heaven" yesterday, and got the
gophersite a little better structured for it.  All the recording (save
the intro and outro) is completed, and the editing of the show is now
underway.  I'm figuring a month or so, and I'll be done.  I sent it off
to a few of the FOSS shows I listen to, hoping somebody or other might
play it.  That'd be nice.  Maybe get a little interest going.  Maybe
not.  Either way, it's still good to be working on it.

I took a look at Podiobooks.com, and their general policies.  I'm not
sure they take one-offs like this.  If not, well, I guess that's that.
If so, well, then that's THAT.  It'd be nice to get it out there.  They
seem like the right choice, too.  I'll likely end up hosting it on
Archive.org if there's more than a couple people downloading (I'm
sharing this server slice with others, after all, and RAM is limited).

So far, the process of getting the show produced has been pleasant,
though I have to say that going through all the takes in order to find
the best recordings was rather tedious.  I'm into the Audacity stage
now, though, so there's more to focus on.  Gonna go with a four-stage
procedure:

1.) edit the spoken audio
2.) sound f/x
3.) music
4.) add the Intro and Outro

Seems to me that I'll be able to manage any problems that arise much
more easily if I do it in stages like this.  Also, I don't have any idea
how to do it OTHERWISE, so I might as well just proceed, right?
