SLOWING BUT STILL MOVING

I've certainly been bad at keeping my ass in my chair lately...my
productivity has been in the poop can.  Be that as it may, those things
that I HAVE accomplished over the last few days have been almost solely
due to my Shotgun Schedule.  I think that sort of test is the kind I
need to continue with, since there can be no better challenge than being
hideously indisposed -- or unmotivated.  If I still get some things
done, then I can safely say that it works.  At least to a degree; at
least for myself.

What DID I do?  I got my next HPR episode recorded, edited, and
uploaded.  That was hours of work right there.  Let's see...got a little
writing done on one of the novels.  Picked out some music for future
podcasts/projects.  Got some technical work done on a story (turning it
into a sound effects cue sheet for production as a future audiobook).
Worked on a papercraft toy for Little Bronx today.  Made a point of
covering email, Identi.ca, forums, and the IRC; and though I didn't
really post too much, I was reading it.  I finished listening to one
audiobook, and started listening to another (entertainment, yes, but I
also count it as research: specifically, how others have done THEIR
stuff).  I'm not sure what else.  This phlog entry too, I suppose: it's
on the list.  Postings can become scarce when I have stuff on my mind,
strangely enough, so I'm happy at my attention in this area as well.

If there's one thing I've seen plenty of, it's plans to "get things
done" that really don't.  I'm happy that this one seems capable of some
marginal success.  So, I'm still on board, and still plugging away; and
I have progress on several fronts at once.  Not too shabby.
