PSview Version 1.2

This archive contains:

copyrght:   The copyright statement of the IICM and IHM
psdll.exe:  PSview executable with the MFC dlls (MFC40.DLL) dynamically linked
psview.zip: The whole distribution of the stand-alone viewer for use with
           Netscape or Mosaic
wing10.zip: The WinG library you need for using PSview.
win32s.zip: The 32 bit extension from Microsoft you need on Windows 3.x
WinNT95:    The PostScript viewer package including an install program
           only for Windows 95 and Windows NT users

How to install PSview (NT and 95):
==================================
Get the four archives in the WinNt95 subdirectory and unpack them
(important) with the prvided unzip.exe program by omitting:

unzip disk1
unzip disk2
etc.

then start the program setup.exe!

How to install PSview (Windows 3.x):
====================================

The first step is to install the WinG library (if you not have installed yet)
by unpacking the archive with
pkunzip -d wing10.zip
and start the setup.exe.

The second step is to install Win32s (if you not have installed yet) or
hve an older version than 1.30 (caution this is Beta and can interfere
with allready installed software) by unpacking the archive with
 pkunzip -d win32s.zip
and start setup.exe

Then please unpack the archive with
 pkunzip -d psview.zip
in the directory you want put PSview to.

If you have the MFC 4.0 dynamic link libraries on your system get the
dynamically linked version of PSview (psdll.exe).

Creating an icon:

I do not have an install program yet, so you have to create a program icon on
your own. Please use the program manager or explorer to do this. If you are not
familiar to Windows please consult the online help.
