Long description: TManager displays tons of information about
   everything that's running in the system or loaded in memory, and
   lets you act on it. Useful to the casual user as well as to the
   practised developer. It shows lists of teams, threads, semaphores,
   ports, areas, and images. You can kill errant threads or teams,
   delete ports and semaphores, release semaphores, close ports,
   restart the Tracker or the Deskbar, start new terminals, and so on.
