* flag with all the correct pins.

The Problem:
============
After exiting AUTLOG the DTR is no longer high, making the MultiTech
MultiModem II's not auto-answer. (unless DTR is forced on at the modem
at all times via SW1-pin 1).  DTR is not brought high again unless a system
reboot or calling up AUTLOG and LINKing to that port.

The Solution:
=============
AUT130.IDV is a modified version of AM130.M68 that sets the ALVPIN flag to
also select CTS, DCD, and DTR.

The modified IDV works w/ Metropolis, and AMOS, with or without
AUTLOG.  There is no reason for this IDV not to work with any software
package.

AMOS version 1.4(189)-5, 2.2(413)-5, and 1.3F(176)-2 both work with
this patch.

Thanks to Bob at Soft Machines for the quick help, as always!
Bob actually told us what to do, we are just telling everyone about
the change.  All credit should go to Soft Machines.
