^Here are four easy steps YOU can use to keep your
work space CLEAN. Follow these steps, and your life

the system operator will not erase your work space in
a fit of frustration as he tries to clear more space

2. ^SECOND, Determine which of your files you
don't use at all, and erase them and which ones
you use infrequently and record the name.
Contact the system operator and ask him to
store them for you on floppy. Better still,
ask him to show you how YOU can store them
yourself^ (Your own secret files! How exciting!).
