Fixed nasty bug that would cause jounal failures and crashes because
SV's impure area pointer was corrupted. Added a provision to break
out of hyphenation with an ESCAPE instead of a ^C. Fixed inability

- Made a number of changes to HYPHEN.XRN. This is the EXTRA hyphenation
program. After any hyphenation, reformats would be performed on
every line that the extra program encountered. This has been
fixed so that it reformats only the first paragraph. Control C
handler has been improved so that ^C's are not recognized between
hyphenation queries. This is so that the journal remains syncronized
