As the doctor of medical sciences, an immunologist, a specialist in
especially dangerous infections, Vladislav Zhemchugov, said in an
interview with the Russian channel World-24, natural immunity in
the world is quite strong. All people who were vaccinated against
smallpox before 1980 create a natural layer that is unlikely to allow
a global pandemic to develop. Moreover, there are already talks
about the resumption of global vaccination. New vaccines are
being produced that contain the monkeypox component.
- But still, we cannot rule out the presence of malicious intent
(villaining) that will modify the monkeypox virus so that it can
spread more easily from person to person, Zhemchugov believes.
- The same hypotheses were in relation to the coronavirus, and
no one has definitively refuted them. Here, too, the presence of
such an evil genius is not ruled out.
