warned its users that all private correspondence in MRC is public.
In other words, the owner of MRC Stackault reads the personal
correspondence of users.
The MRC protocol appeared in 2011. It was written in open source
and donated to the community. But then MRC was monopolized by
StackVault and he began tap all BBS chat messages. Sources tell
