evidence for this theory. Scientists have figured out how the
amino acids that make up the DNA of humans and other living
beings can be formed from ice and cosmic dust, thanks to the

The fact is that peptides are one or more amino acids connected
by chemical bonds. Everyone assumed that water was necessary
for the formation of the peptide chain, because each time one
of these bonds was formed, a molecule of liquid was detached.
However, the experiment showed that this process can be carried
out using simple chemicals without the use of water. In simple
terms, it is too cold in space and there is not a sufficiently high
and stable temperature for the origin of life. However, the
researchers believe that they have found an explanation using
the quantum tunneling effect. This approach completely changes
the prospects for the existence of life on other planets, scientists
believe.
