Germany: people refuse to do PCR tests en masse

Michael Muller stated (https://bit.ly/3IvaVMp) the association's
concern that due to political discussions about the priority of testing in
laboratories, too many patients no longer do PCR tests. Therefore, in
his opinion, many people infected with coronavirus are not
recognized.
Official incidence statistics cover only those cases of coronavirus
infection that have been confirmed using a PCR test. Thus, a smaller
number of infections detected by PCR tests “reduce” the seven-day
incidence rate.
