Russia: tactical nuclear weapon exploded in Chelyabinsk?

explosion occurred in the city of Chelyabinsk.

According to official information, the explosion occurred at the
Starosmolinsky crushed stone quarry, in which an excess of
explosives was placed.
Glass rattled and doors shook 10 kilometers from the scene of the
incident. Doors were knocked out and roofs were torn off in nearby
houses. Witnesses report strange flickers from the ground at the
