Russia attacked Ukraine missile with a simulated nuclear warhead

One of the missiles shot down on November 17 over Kyiv contained
a simulated nuclear warhead. This may indicate that the stock of
cruise missiles in Russia is depleted to a critical level. Or it may
indicate that Putin is preparing to take the last suicidal step in
the hope of turning the tide of the war.
