Merck tried to infect Philadelphia with smallpox?

Merck (https://yhoo.it/3oEKYkI) was caught with unauthorized
vials of smallpox in Philadelphia The vials were unauthorized and
had no paperwork. All vials of smallpox are supposed to be held
by governments, not private companies Bill Gates just talked a lot
about a smallpox release, AND WORST NEWS OF ALL: The FBI
is "investigating." That means WHOOPS, gotta bury this.
Repeat: the appearance of smallpox at merck is not possible.
Smallpox is heavily controlled and the only place it was allowed
in the united states was in a government lab in atlanta georgia.
Philadelphia and "private" are not on a georgia map. A major breach
has taken place, those were probably not the only vials, smallpox is
in the wild. People do not play games at a Merck lab either, that's
a major company with major BSL protocols in place.
